• Supplying the goods or services to you again;

• The replacement of the goods; or

• The payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.

Delivery & Returns

 

Our shipping and returns policies are designed to be as simple and clear as possible.

Delivery of Goods

• Processing: We need 1 to 5 business days to process and package your order. For custom orders, please allow 7-14 business days for them to be created.

• Australian Orders: We ship with Australia Post and a flat rate of A$10. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.

• International Orders: For art prints, we ship with a trusted private courier for a flat rate of A$40, with free shipping on orders over A$200. For prayer cards and small items, we ship via standard airmail for a low flat rate of A$4. Please note that tracking is not available for this service.

While we take great care in packaging, we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Only Child Art Club.

Returns & Exchanges Because each item is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [Your Email Address] within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to help you with a replacement.
