As a small business, each of our prints is made to order with special care. Our goal is to ensure your package arrives safely and that you are completely happy with your purchase.

Order Processing Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, printed, and packaged. For custom orders, please allow 7-14 business days to ensure every detail is perfect. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation.

Shipping Rates & Times

 

Australian Orders We offer a flat rate of A$10 for all art print orders shipped within Australia. For cards and bookmarks, we offer a low flat rate of A$4, or you can get free shipping on all card and bookmark orders over A$25. Free shipping is available for all orders over A$99! You can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days after it has been shipped.

International Orders To ensure your art arrives safely, we offer a few options for our international customers.

• Art Prints: We use a trusted private courier service with a flat rate of A$40. You can get free international shipping on all orders over A$200. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.

• Cards & Bookmarks: We use a flat rate of A$10 for standard international airmail. Please note that this service does not include tracking.

Please be aware that some international orders may be subject to customs duties or fees upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Because we are a small business and create every item just for you and on-demand, we are able to reduce waste and ensure each piece is made with love. Sometimes this means shipping times can vary slightly. Thank you so much for your patience and for supporting a small, handmade business!

Returns & Exchanges

 

Because each item is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@onlychildartclub.com within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to help you with a replacement.
