Intellectual Property & Copyright All designs, illustrations, photography, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Only Child Art Club. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our artwork for commercial purposes without express written permission.

Product Accuracy & Variations We strive to display our art as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings. As our prints use an artisan Giclée process on natural heavyweight paper, slight variations in texture and tone are a hallmark of the handmade, heirloom quality of our products.

Liability By using our website, you agree that Only Child Art Club is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might experience. This includes any errors on our site, reliance on third-party content or links, or your use of our goods and services. Your use of any information on this website is at your own risk.

Competition and Consumer Act For our Australian customers, our liability for any breach of our agreement is limited to:

Supplying the goods or services to you again;

The replacement of the goods; or

The payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.

Delivery of Goods

• Processing: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be printed and prepared. Large A2 posters are custom-printed and may take 10 to 14 business days.

• Australian Orders: We ship via Australia Post. Rates are calculated by weight (starting at $4.00 for letters and $10.00–$15.00 for tracked parcels). We offer Free Shipping on Australian orders over $150.00.

• International Orders: We ship globally via tracked international services. Rates start at $10.00 for letters and $45.00 for art prints. We offer Free International Shipping on orders over $300.00. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for international delivery.

• Customs: Any local customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

While we take great care in packaging, Only Child Art Club is not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Replacement of damaged items is made at the discretion of Only Child Art Club.

Returns & Exchanges Because each item is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@onlychildartclub.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage.
